5.2 License: Upon full payment, Market Estate Solutions grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables provided as part of our services solely for your internal or authorized purposes.
- Confidentiality Both parties agree to treat any confidential information shared during the course of the engagement as strictly confidential. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, financial information, customer data, and trade secrets. This obligation of confidentiality shall survive the termination of our services.
- Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Market Estate Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Termination Either party may terminate the services by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, you shall pay Market Estate Solutions for all services performed up to the termination date.
